Footballwers Wives star Zoe Lucker has scored a hat-trick with three dieters - thanks to her new workout video.
Huddersfield-born Zoe, who shot to fame as superbitch Tanya in the hit ITV series, gets put through her paces, along with three fans, by trainer Niki Wibrow in the Little Black Dress Workout. Both women are joined by a trio of female dieters intent on fitting into their ideal outfit for Christmas.

Zoe, who has been filming the third series of the series, ready for screening next year, gets a chance to try dance, boxercise and yoga in the video. "It's just the most fantastic fun to do," said 29-year-old Zoe, who now lives in north London.

The video - filmed at Knebworth House, Hertfordshire, for that authentic Beckingham Palace vibe - follows Zoe through the workouts before she enjoys her very own night on the town."People have really started to notice how I'm much more toned- looking," added Zoe.

All three women in the video managed to drop a dress size well in time for the party season.
